A young Swiss artist, Tilly was raised in a family deeply engaged in the arts, where she found her initial inspiration to pursue painting. She is currently advancing her studies in fine arts at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK).
This series of works has been informed by her travels and deep appreciation for the beauty found in people, places, objects, and organisms. With fervent passion, she observes and explores her surroundings, leading to her long-standing fascination with painting cacti, a motif that stems from her connection to the places where her grandmothers live: Mexico and Sicily.
